Home Part-exchange scheme in Bath

Part-exchange scheme in Bath

Redrow is offering a "helping hand" to homebuyers who are looking for a new property but are worried about selling their existing home.

A part-exchange programme has been introduced at the Duodecim development in the Bear Flat area of Bath, available on selected plots.

Under the terms of the scheme, Redrow buys the existing property and "swaps" it for a brand new home. This has been described as the "ideal option" for those who want to move now but are worried about current conditions in the housing market.

Denise Turner, area sales manager for Redrow, said: "We can take care of all that for them, leaving them to concentrate on the fabulous new Redrow home of their choice at Duodecim."

Duodecim comprises 12 new homes, priced between £370,000 and £412,995 (correct at time of publication).

Bear Flat has a range of shops, including a Co-operative convenience store, a Carphone Warehouse outlet, a green-grocer and a chemist.

It is also home to a number of painters, sculptors, jewellers and photographers. In fact, Bear Flat is the headquarters of the Royal Photographic Society.
